One center. Two missions. Exponential impact.
Upright Wellness Center (UWC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2022 by Adi Herman, a veteran and integrative bodywork professional with over 35 years of clinical experience. UWC operates as both a teaching facility and clinical practice, addressing a critical gap in whole-body care for veterans and first responders.
As the only center in the country integrating both missions under one roof, licensed practitioners receive advanced training in body-centered modalities, while veterans, first responders, and their families access no-cost therapeutic care in real-time clinical environments.
Through careful evaluation and personalized treatment plans, UWC serves those who serve by restoring function, reducing pain, supporting long-term stability, and addressing systemic root issues, not just symptoms.
The First and Only Wellness Model of Its Kind
UWC is more than a concept; it’s a dedicated space taking shape to bring a new vision of integrative care to life. We’re creating a center where healing takes root and well-being flourishes, fostering a community that empowers both practitioners and those they serve. As we develop this transformative environment, we invite you to join us on this journey and be part of a movement that’s changing how we approach health.

Donate Today
Veterans and first responders face a healthcare gap: conventional medicine addresses symptoms but oftentimes misses the root causes of chronic pain and stress-related conditions. Your donation funds specialized integrative treatments at no cost to patients – hands-on care that treats the whole person, not just symptoms. Every treatment you fund helps a veteran or first responder wake up feeling better.
